Ending My Membership with Texas Independence Health Plan

You can end your membership in Texas Independence Health Plan at any time. Most people with Medicare can end their membership only during certain times of the year. However, because you live in a nursing home or need a level of care that is usually provided in a nursing home, you can end your membership at any time.
