Electronic Claims
Change Healthcare will be the exclusive EDI gateway provider for TIHP’s Payer ID’s listed below for claims and remittance. All clearinghouses, billing agencies and direct providers must submit the following EDI transactions through Change Healthcare.
Providers filing electronic claims, continue to follow the process you have been, using the TIHP Payer ID 31403 for any dates of service effective October 26, 2023.
- If you are currently submitting transactions to the legacy Emdeon platform – please use the following:

- If you are currently submitting transactions to the legacy RelayHealth platform – please use the following:
- Claims/Remittance – CPIDs – INST 3068 and PROF 8471
